ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE Pet of the Week
All the cats and dogs that are available for adoption from the AWL have been desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and health checked and are ready to go.
Adoption costs start from $25.
The pets may be at one of three AWL locations - Wingfield, Port Adelaide or Edinburgh North
Adoption opening times: 7 days a week, 10am - 3pm

ZACK (dog): 10 month old Australian Kelpie, smart & full of energy. Do you have experience herding breeds & want a loving companion, then please come & meet me.
MONTY (cat): gorgeous, black & white & with 3 legs. Monty is a special boy resilient, loving & ready for that special someone to offer him love & attention. Ideally in a home with no children or pets.
SAILABILITY AT GOOLWA
Sailing for people with a disability.
The Goolwa Regatta Yacht Club Sailability Program enables people with a disability to enjoy sailing as a sport. It provides a challenge to venture into and succeed in a world previously dominated by able bodied people.
Learn to dual control 303 access boats. Skilled instructors to show the way.
Please come along and try sailing. New members made welcome at Saturday sailing days.
Held monthly on Saturdays 9am to 3pm. Lunch supplied at $6.00 per head.

SALA AT THE SUMMIT
The Summit Community Centre is calling on all emerging and established artists to submit their works and take part in SALA @ The Summit in August.
This year's theme "Adelaide Hills - Four Seasons to be Happy" is looking for artwork exploring leisure, laughter, love and life in the Hills.

SMART meeting in Mount Barker
A weekly SMART recovery meeting will be held every Friday at 10am at
57 Wellington Road, Mount Barker.
What is SMART?
SMART (Self Management and Recovery Training) is a free group program assisting any problematic behaviours. Specialising in alcohol and other Drug use, these free meetings use the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy to help attendees with motivation and coping with cravings or urges in order for them to achieve their own goals regarding their own situation.
This meeting is for anyone in the community to just rock up either weekly or sometimes.
